Student Printing

HACC provides printing services to current students in all Learning Commons spaces. Papercut is the college's student printing system. When students are ready to send their print job to the printer, they will be prompted to use their MyHACC login credentials to login at their workstation, then they will log in with the same credentials at the print release station.

Where can I print?
In addition to Learning Commons spaces, students can print at campus Printing Hubs. These hubs are available in common areas that are open during all campus hours.

Harrisburg - located in Cooper 102 by the Chef’s Apprentice
Lancaster - Located in the East 332 Hallway by the Fitness Room
York - Located in the Leader building Lobby by the Library
Gettysburg - Located in the hub by the Bookstore niche
Lebanon - Printing available in the Library/Learning Commons space

Employee Printing

HACC employees can print from copiers and printers located in their office areas. Ability to print to a printer not located in their office area can be requested using the Request Printing Access service.

HACC also offer a variety of printing services through our Printing Shop. Please use the Faculty & Staff Print Requests service to request printed materials or posters.

Software Troubleshooting

Request assistance with a computer software or application. Examples of software and applications include Outlook Client, Outlook WebApp, Zoom, Microsoft Office, browsers, etc.

Hardware Support

Support requests for HACC owned devices such as laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, mice, microphones, headsets, phones, docking stations, etc.
