The Tech Loan Program is now closed for the semester. At this time, we will only process critical need requests. The program will reopen in May for students applying for Summer semester loans.

Overview
The Tech Loan Program is semester-based and intended for students without access to other technology resources. If you already have a laptop or hotspot, please allow other students to benefit from this program. Use this service if you would like to apply for the student Technology Assistance Program (Tech Loan).

Features
Current HACC students may use this form to apply for the college's Technology and Internet Access Loan program (Tech Loan). To be eligible for a loan, students must:
- Be enrolled for the current semester.
- Be enrolled in at least (1) or more credits.
- Be declared in a credit program resulting in a diploma or associate degree.
- Lack access to personal technology or reliable internet at home.
OR
- Have a critical need which merits exemption from the above criteria
If you do not meet general eligibility, please contact support@hacc.edu and we will review your request individually.
NOTE: Students in workforce development programs, KEYS, or GID should contact their program coordinators for more information on device loans before filling out this form.
