Need help with an Argos report? Use this service to report issues, ask questions, request a new report, or request changes to an existing report. If you need Argos access, please submit a System Access Request (SAR).
Banner is HACC's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and supports many of the College's core business processes, including student, finance, human resources, payroll, and administrative functions. Banner Self-Service provides students, faculty, and staff with web-based access to Banner information and services.
Use this service to report issues with Banner or Banner Self-Service, request system enhancements or process improvements, propose new functionality, or request a review of existing Banner-related processes that may no longer meet business needs.
Enterprise applications connected to Banner support specialized business functions across the College and share information with Banner. Examples include AppXtender, IntelleCheck (including the BankMobile integration), CRM Recruit, Transact payment processing, Jaggaer (formerly SciQuest), the RCS system, and other Banner-integrated applications.
Use this service to report issues or request support with business processes supported by these applications.
HACC Custom Applications are internally developed tools that support College business processes and technology services. Examples include HACC Identity Management (HIM), CAS, SSO, the Print Queue Administration Tool, Academic Room Calendar, UDCID & PIDM Finder, DBA Jobs Output, and other custom HACC applications.
