Features
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is the new cloud-based virtual desktop solution replacing the college’s on-premises Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environment. AVD provides secure, remote access to college systems and applications through the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
This service allows faculty, employees and others to connect to their virtual desktop environment from any location with internet access, offering improved performance, enhanced security, and simplified access management compared to the legacy RDS system.
Requests through this form are for provisioning or access to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
AVD Support Information
If you are having any technical related issues with your Azure Virtual Desktop, please contact VDI Support at vdisupport@hacc.edu. Someone will be in touch as soon as possible to assist you. You can also reopen your VDI Request ticket and update it with your issue.
