If you wish to reset your MFA registration and start over, please follow the instructions below. These instructions may be useful if you have lost access to the mobile device you originally used for MFA, or if you previously chose to decline MFA and use only Scratch Codes, but now wish to register a mobile device with the Microsoft Authenticator app installed:
-
Go to https://accounts.hacc.edu/mfa-self-service/
-
If you have access to your old device with HACC MFA added to the Microsoft Authenticator app, choose "Manage My Device" under "I Have Access to My Registered Device and Can Log In to My Account".

-
If you do no have access to your old device, or only registered with scratch codes, choose "Verify My Identity" under "I Can't Log In to my HACC Account Because I Don't Have Access to My Registered Device".

-
After logging in with one of the above two options, choose the option to "Remove Device"
