Prerequisites

- Microsoft Authenticator app installed

You can also scan the QR code below using your Android's camera to download the app:

How It Works
MFA verifies your identity using:
- Something you know: your password
- Something you have: your Android phone
The Microsoft Authenticator app generates a 6-digit verification code that refreshes every 30 seconds.
Getting Started (iPhone)
- Log in to myHACC and select "I want to do this now":

- Tap the blue "Tap/Click Here To Import Token" button:

- Choose “Just Once” and you will be taken to your authenticator app.

- This will add an entry titled “HACCMFA” Tap that entry, and you should see a rolling 6 digit number. That number is valid for 30 seconds. Tapping the number will copy the 6 digit code to your clipboard. Return to your mobile browser page, and paste the 6 digit code into the box. Then press Verify.

Important Notes
- The verification code refreshes every 30 seconds.
- Be sure to enter the code before it expires.
- If the code expires, use the newly displayed code.
- You will be offered a few one-time use codes that you can use as a backup to login in during an emergency where your registered device is lost, stolen, or unavailable.
