How It Works

MFA verifies your identity using:

  • Something you know: your password
  • Something you have: your Android phone

The Microsoft Authenticator app generates a 6-digit verification code that refreshes every 30 seconds.

  4. This will add an entry titled “HACCMFA”  Tap that entry, and you should see a rolling 6 digit number.  That number is valid for 30 seconds.  Tapping the number will copy the 6 digit code to your clipboard.  Return to your mobile browser page, and paste the 6 digit code into the box.  Then press Verify.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

Important Notes

  • The verification code refreshes every 30 seconds.
  • Be sure to enter the code before it expires.
  • If the code expires, use the newly displayed code.
  • You will be offered a few one-time use codes that you can use as a backup to login in during an emergency where your registered device is lost, stolen, or unavailable.
