Getting Started
Find Your HACC Username
Your username depends on whether you are a student or an employee.
Students
- Your username is your HAWKMail prefix (the part before @hawkmail.hacc.edu)
- This can be found on your admissions letter
If you cannot locate your username, HACC support staff may be able to verify your identity and provide it to you. If your information cannot be verified, you may be referred to the Welcome Center for further assistance. Request help here.
Important: Usernames can only be provided to the student themselves.
Employees
- Your username is your network login
- If you do not know your username, contact your Supervisor or Manager
Do not contact Human Resources for username lookups.
