This form is used to request an exception to the College's One Device Policy. Examples of qualifying requests include employees who require multiple devices to perform their job duties, such as a laptop for travel and a desktop workstation for specialized software or equipment that cannot be accessed from a single device. All requests must include a valid justification and are subject to review and approval.
