Submitting Your Time Sheet
To submit your time sheet, click on the Preview in the bottom right corner of the page.

A preview of your hours entered for the pay period will display. Scroll down to the bottom to enter any comments you may wish to share with your time approver. Click Submit in the bottom right corner of the page.

A message appears in the upper right corner of the page indicating the successful submission of your time sheet. Click on the number 1 to acknowledge the message. Click Return to view your submitted time sheet. Note: Only SINGLE click on Return or your time sheet may be recalled accidentally.

Adjusting Your Time Sheet That Has Been Submitted

If you need to adjust your time entry after submission and prior to your time sheet being approved, click on Recall Timesheet at the bottom right corner of the page. After making corrections, you must Submit your time sheet again.

The time sheet will change from In Progress to Pending when completed successfully. When you are finished, click on the Profile icon in the top right corner of the page and click on Sign Out.
