Using the Time Sheet Page
On the Timesheet page:
All open pay periods will display under your job title. To enter time for that pay period, click the Start Timesheet to start a new time sheet or In Progress button to view a previously started time sheet.
You can navigate between the two weeks of the time sheet period by clicking on the left or right arrow next to the dates.
Depending upon how you are required to record you time, you will see one of three scenarios:
1. Salaried (exempt) staff required to only record leave time
Click on the day you need to record leave time and then select from the Earn Code dropdown window the leave type taken:
For the selected Earn Code, enter the number of hours utilized for the day highlighted. When you are finished entering the hours for that earn code, select Add Earn Code if you need to add more hours for a different earn code. Once all hours are entered for the selected day, click on Save in the bottom right corner of the page. Continue entering time for another day by clicking on the day in the calendar and following the steps above.
2. Hourly (non-exempt) staff required to submit daily regular pay hours and leave time
Click on the day you need to record hours and select REGULAR PAY under Earn Code. Enter the total hours worked for that particular day and click Save.
To record leave time, click Add Earn Code, select the appropriate leave type from the Earn Code dropdown window, enter the number of hours and click Save.
3. Hourly (non-exempt) staff required to submit time in and time out
Click on the day you need to record time and with REGULAR PAY selected under Earn Code, enter time manually or by clicking on the clock icon to use the time entry tool. Click SET to save the time entered.
Add another row for time entry by clicking on Add More Time. Click on the Delete button (the minus sign inside circle) to delete a row. After completing time entry, click Save.
Note: Hours entered for each earn code will display on the weekly calendar and more detailed information will appear when that day is selected.
