Apple devices require a setting change in order to successfully access RedShelf content. The “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” feature in Settings>Safari on iPads and iPhones, and Safari>Settings on Macs need to be disabled. This option is enabled by default by Apple and prevents 3rd party tracking that is typically used for advertising.
