Go to https://mail.hacc.edu
Advise the caller to log in with their credentials
At the top right, click the user icon
Click Open Another Mailbox…
Type the name of the Shared Mailbox
Click Open
Click the email address for the group box
Click Open
Complete steps 1-8 to switch back to the primary mailbox
