Zoom - Delete Personal Number from Zoom Profile

Prior to having Zoom Phone, you may have entered a personal cell phone number or an office number in your Zoom profile.  With Zoom Phone, this is number is now discoverable when dialing phone numbers as Zoom attempts to make suggestions on who you may be trying to call.  To check your Zoom profile, please follow the following steps.

1. Log onto your Zoom on the Web; https://hacc.zoom.us
2. Navigate to your Zoom Profile by clicking on Profile in the left-hand navigation menu.  This should be the default when you logon.
   
3. Look for the section of your profile called “Personal”.  If you see a phone number listed that is anything except for “Zoom Phone”, you had added that previously to your profile and this number will be returned in searches when users dial numbers in Zoom Phone.
   
4. To delete this number from your Zoom Profile, click on the “Delete” link to the right of the number.  You will receive a confirmation dialogue pop-up in your browser.  Click the red “Confirm” button to delete the phone number from your Zoom Profile.
   
5. You will then be returned to your profile page and you should see that the number has been deleted.  If you don’t have any other numbers entered in your profile, you should see your page look like the following screenshot.  Once you have deleted all the numbers you wish to no longer share, you are done.
