Home Router Troubleshooting Steps for Users of HACC VPN

1.) Power off your computer
2.) Power off your Comcast/Verizon/or other internet providers router box. Wait 10 seconds.
3.) Power on the router box.
4.) Wait 5-7 minutes for the router initialization process to finish
5.) Power on your laptop.
6.) Type the WinKey (Between Ctrl and Alt, left side) and Letter 'R' key at the same time. A Run box will show up.
7.) Type the following command in the box:  gpupdate /force then press Enter. 
8.) A command window will pop up. Let it finish. You may be asked if you want to log out in order for changes to be made. Enter Y or N, your preference.
