1. Confirm the user recently ordered the Office 365 from HaccontheHub
a. If not, have user get it with KB HACContheHub – Download or Renew Office 365
2. Check to see if a user has a _KIV email
a. Example: rxe1547_KIV@myhawks.onmicrosoft.com vs a regular rxe1547@myhawks.onmicrosoft.com
b. If so go to step 3, if not go to step 4.
3. Route a task to the system admins team with their hawkmail and issue of them having a _KIV account on the Microsoft side.
