Get YOUR Student ID 

To receive your HACC ID, please visit any campus Welcome Center and the hours of operation and ways to contact any of the Welcome Centers is below:

Hours of operation:

  • In-person and remote services are available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday (Remote services only): 8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. No in-person service available
  • Friday: 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Remote services only). No in-person service available
  • Virtual Hawkstop availability hours via Zoom are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and on Friday 9 a.m.– 4:30 p.m.

Bring the following with you to your appointment for a parking pass:

  • Form of picture identification
  • Automobile registration card
  • Note: A HACC-issued parking pass can be used at any campus location.
