MFA Self-Service - Replace Registered Device

To replace the mobile device you with with HACC MFA, follow the instrutions below.

  1. Go to https://accounts.hacc.edu/mfa-self-service/ 

    1. If you have access to your old device with HACC MFA added to the Microsoft Authenticator app, choose "Manage My Device" under I Have Access to My Registered Device and Can Log In to My Account.

    2. If you do no have access to your old device, or only registered with scratch codes, choose "Verify My Identity" under I Can't Log In to my HACC Account Because I Don't Have Access to My Registered Device.

  2. After logging in with one of the above two options, choose the option to "Remove Device"

    Confirm the choice to remove your device:

  3. You can now register your new/replacement device with MFA at your next login to my|HACC
