Cornerstone LMS Access for Casual Employees and Adjunct Faculty

This article provides guidance for requests related to Cornerstone LMS access and training for casual employees and adjunct faculty.

  1. Users may report one or more of the following:
  • Unable to log in to Cornerstone LMS
  • Does not have Cornerstone access
  • Receives an SSO error when attempting to access training modules
  • Cannot access assigned training
  1. Resolution

For casual employees and adjunct faculty, inquires related to the following:

  • Cornerstone LMS access
  • LMS training enrollment
  • Accessing assigned trainings

should be directed to the Organizational Development team (dod@hacc.edu)

  1. Support Desk Analyst Guidance

When assisting  a casual employee or adjunct faculty member seeking initial Cornerstone LMS access, training enrollment, or assigned training information:

  • Direct the requester to contact Organizational Development (dod@hacc.edu)
  • Advise the requester to work with Organizational Development to establish or verify access requirements.
  • Close the TDX ticket after providing this guidance.

Escalation Exception: If the Organizational Development team confirms that the user should already have access and a technical issue is preventing access, route it through the standard support process.
