If you previously chose to decline MFA and use only Scratch Codes, and need generate additional scratch codes, please follow the instructions below.
Important Note: If you have a mobile device that is compatible with Microsoft Authenticator, we strongly recommend using the Microsoft Authenticator app rather than relying solely on scratch codes. If you would like to reset your MFA registration and register a mobile device, please follow the steps in this article.

Go to https://accounts.hacc.edu/mfa-self-service/

If you have access to a device with HACC MFA added to the Microsoft Authenticator app, OR previously generated scratch codes, choose "Manage My Device" under "I Have Access to My Registered Device and Can Log In to My Account".

If you do no have access to your old device, or are out of scratch codes, choose "Verify My Identity" under "I Can't Log In to my HACC Account Because I Don't Have Access to My Registered Device".

After logging in with one of the above two options, choose the option to "Generate New Scratch Codes"
