Can not view documents in WebXtender/ ApplicationXtender/ Xtender

Documents fail to display in Xtender, and how to resolve.

If you are unable to view documents in Application Xtender please clear your browser cache. Link to instructions is below.

This is due to a recent update applied 06/30/2023.

The issue will look something like this, where the image does not appear in the center highlighted section:

 

Please Log out of Web Xtender prior to clearing your cache!*

* - If you don't logout prior to clearing your cache, you will be unable to access it again until your prior session times out within 30 minutes.
