Zoom – Enable Waiting Room

  1. Log in to the MyHACC Portal
  2. Under Quick Links, click Zoom Video Conferencing
  3. Click Zoom Login
  4. Click Sign In
  5. In the left-hand column, click Settings
  6. Click Meeting Settings
  7. Click Security
  8. Enable the Waiting Room
  9. Click Edit Options
  10. Select who should go to the Waiting Room
  11. Click Continue
