Zoom – Enable Meeting Passcode

  1. Log in to the MyHACC Portal
  2. Under Quick Links, click Zoom Video Conferencing
  3. Click Zoom Login
  4. Click Sign In
  5. In the left-hand column, click Settings
  6. Click Meeting Settings
  7. Click Security
  8. Enable the following settings
    1. Require a passcode when scheduling new meetings
    2. Require a passcode for instant meetings
    3. Require a passcode for Personal Meeting ID (PMI)
    4. All meetings using PMI
    5. Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join
    6. Require passcode for participants joining by phone
