HACCWifi – Student Unable to Connect with ChromeBook

Body

  1. Forget the wireless network
  2. Turn the wireless off
  3. Turn the wireless back on
  4. Reconnect to the network with the following settings
    1. EAP Method – PEAP
    2. Phase 2 Authentication – Automatic
    3. CA Certificate – Leave Blank/Default
           i. You can also have them try Do Not Check if default does not work
    4. Identity – HACC Username
    5. Password – HACC Password
    6. Anonymous Identity - Leave Blank
  5. Click Connect
