Adobe Acrobat DC – License Will Expire Message

  1. Verify if they requested an Adobe account
    1. If No, Go to Step 2
    2. If Yes, go to Step
  2. Advise that an account must be requested using the “Request Adobe Creative Suite Account” form in the OIST channel in my.HACC
    1. Login to My.HACC
    2. On the Home tab, in the Office of Information Services & Technologies section, Click Adobe Software
    3. Click Request Adobe Creative Suite Account
    4. Advise to fill out the form
    5. Click Submit
  3. Ask if they are on campus or virtual
    1. If Virtual and on a HACC owned computer, advise the computer will need to be brought to campus
    2. Gather the day and time they will be on campus
  4. Assign the task ticket to the User Support team
