Zoom-Phone Tentative Timeline

Expected to start moving to Zoom-Phone in Late January 2024.

Zoom Phone will be implemented in phases. Please take a look at the timeline below for an overview of the implementation phases.

IMPORTANT: The timeline is systematic as OITLE works closely with each campus to ensure we create the best timeline for your transition. We are also dependent upon external entities such as our phone providers to coordinate the porting of existing phone lines. Finally, to increase the likelihood of a successful transition, we will integrate the lessons learned in each phase to inform the later stages of the transition process.
